Symptoms
After applying PeopleTools January patch 8.61.09, CCLTRGEN SQR Reports that use translate function for special characters are failing with the following error:

(SQR 4705) Program line too long; maximum is 511.

(SQR 3501) Did not find end of literal.
Let $Name = translate($Name, 'ame)
