Symptoms

When attempting to run a PTF response file from a command prompt, the following error occurs:

This can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Place the response file containing the following flags in the C:\temp directory\ ptf_cmd_param.txt

-CUA=TRUE -CO=userid -CP=password -TST=test_name -TC=DEFAULT -ACTION=testrun -EXO=(blank or not defined) -LOG=C:\Temp\LOGIN_TEST_LOG1.xml

2. Open command prompt and enter – "C:\Program Files\PeopleSoft\PeopleSoft Test Framework\PsTestFw.exe " "C:\temp\ptf_cmd_param.txt"
