Symptoms
If more than three user fields are configured to display in the additional information section of the Absence Request page, the section is not expandable/editable.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Main Menu>Set up HCM>Product Related>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence Management>Configure Country Take Setup>User Fields.
- Enter more than three user fields, and save the record.
- Employee signs into Employee Self Service>Time>Manage Absences.
- Enter information for Absence Request and find they can't enter information in the Additional Information section.
- If any of the fields are required, then they can't continue with the request.
