Requisition Auto Complete Is Not Working on Ship To Location Field In Chrome and Edge Browsers (Doc ID 3075073.1)

Symptoms


When entering any part of the ship to location the auto complete flashes then disappears. This is only happening in chrome/Edge and ONLY on this page (Any other fluid requisition page is working fine)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. On Chrome, Navigate to : eProcurement > Create requisition.
  2. Add in a special request item.
  3. Press on check out.
  4. Press on Schedule/Details Icon.
  5. Blank out the Ship to location then try to write the first two letters of any existing ship to location like "US"
  6. Notice that the auto complete will flash and disappear and you will need to repeat the same step three four times to see the list.
