EPY: Error is Being Generated in PAY035 SQR "PAY_LINE Missing PAY_PAGE" After PSHUP Load (Doc ID 3075252.1)

Symptoms

When running PAY035 SQR, it indicates the following after PSHUP data got loaded on calculated generated lines.

PAY_LINE missing PAY_PAGE


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.   Add an off-cycle paysheet for EMPL RCD 1 "ie PED 01/25/2025" - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Update Paysheets>By Paysheet
2.   Indicate the begin date of 01/12/2025 and 01/18/2025 with Earnings Code OTP 20 Hours for a prior pay
3.   Add another off-cycle paysheet for EMPL RCD 2 "ie. PED 01/25/2025
4.   Indicate the begin date of 01/12/2025 and 01/18/2025 with Earnings Code OTP 2 Hours and DBT 5 Hours for a prior pay
5.   Run PSPPYRUN calculation process for the off-cycle paysheets - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Calculate Payroll
6.   Query PS_PAY_LINE and it shows a new page num reflected for EMPL RCD 1
7.   Load PSHUP data for this employee for EMPL RCD 1 using load paysheet transaction.
8.   Run Load paysheet transaction for Off-Cycle "Other Sources" - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Create and Load Paysheets>Load Paysheet Transactions
9.   Verify the data got loaded successfully on paylines for the page num generated after calc.
10. Run calc again for the off-cycle - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Calculate Payroll
11. Run pre calc audit report (PAY035) - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Pre-calculation Audit Report
12. Verify on the report that It shows the page and line NBR created by the payroll calculation indicates "PAY_LINE missing PAY_PAGE
