Goal
After migrating from Oracle Database to Microsoft SQL Server. The metadata SQL (metsql) does not adapted to the new database platform and still retains Oracle-specific syntax.
For instance, %like command dynamically change the concatenation operator '||' (used in Oracle) has not been replaced with the '+' operator required for SQL Server.
