E-WF: Approval Email Notifications are not Received By the Recipients Even Though SMTP Log Shows Successful Delivery (Doc ID 3075371.1)

Symptoms

After a recent mail server migration, some approval email notifications are not getting received by the recipients. The smtp.log below shows successful delivery for some, while others failed.

Sample Replication

1. Create and submit any AWE workflow transaction for approval.
2. Approval Email notification is not received.
