Symptoms
Running the ACA Merge Other Data Sources process is not merging any data.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Load data for employees using delivered Component Interfaces.
2. Run the ACA Merge Other Data Sources process (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > Merge Other Data Sources).
3. Log file shows 0 records merged.
