Symptoms
Match Exception Collaboration Summary page Filter errors received after adding filter options. This started after applying Bug 36318850, Bug 37528465, Bug 37536851, Bug 37551652 and Bug 37528464.
ERROR

Message: An error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
Message: An occurred which requires that this page be cancelled.
A previous error message has been displayed showing an error from which the component processor can not recover.
You must cancel the current page and reselect it.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Home > Payables Operations > click Match Exceptions tile
2. Match Exception Collaboration Summary page
a. Click icon for Filter
b. Date Selection: Date Type = Specific Dates, From Date = 2/27/2025, To Date = 3/6/2025
c. Other Filters: Supplier ID = USA0000005
d. Click Done
3. Message: An error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. > click OK
4. Message: An error has occurred which requires that this page be cancelled.
A previous error message has been displayed showing an error from which the component
processor can not recover. You must cancel the current page and reselect it. > OK
