Fluid Class Search Missing Classes After Updating Class Section Data (Doc ID 3075821.1)

Symptoms

When course section codes are updated for courses on the Maintain Schedule of Classes component, they are falling out of the Fluid Class Search. The pre-process job and the incremental indexing is not reindexing courses correctly.

STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Maintain Classes
  2. Update course section codes
  3. Run the pre-process for term
  4. run the incremental search index
  5. Go to Manage Classes > Class Search and Enroll
  6. Enter class data in the search
  7. No classes are returned
