Symptoms

In PeopleTools 8.57,  the dialog box does not appear when the user clicks the Add Attachment button on the Requisition Comments page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Purchasing > Requisitions > Add/Update Requisition page
2. click on Add Comments
3. Click Add Attachments
Issue : No dialog box to select the files
