After upgrading to PUM 52, Billing interface creates single bill with multiple lines though bill by field values were not same. The expected result is to create multiple bill header and lines as the bill by field values were different.

Replication:

1: Create a sample bill by identifier including contract_num as one of the bill by field.(setup financials - Product Related - Billing - setup - Bill by identifier)

2: Create two different amount based contract. (Customer Contracts - Create and Amend - Define Contract General Info)

3: Activate both contracts  and run CA_BI_INTFC for both contracts to load Billing interface tables. (Customer Contracts -Schedule and Process Billing -Process Other Billing Methods)

4: Run BIIF0001, Billing interface process, and notice it created one bill header with two lines rather two bills as contract number was different. (Billing - Interface Transaction - Process billing interface)
