Fluid Self Service Planner Page Opens Slowly (Doc ID 3076581.1)

Symptoms

 
When we open the Fluid Self Service Planner page  SSR_PLNR_TERM_FL it appears to be taking between 5 and 7 seconds.

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 From the Student Home Page click on the Manage Classes tile.

2 On left menu select the menu option "Planner" and note the elapsed time for the page to open.
