Under Chrome, Student Program/Plan > Student Plan Page Renders Different HTML Than With Firefox (Doc ID 3076774.1)

Rendering of the STDNT_PLAN page via Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan > (search on EMPLID) > (select result) > Student Plan tab > (View All on Academic Plan section) shifts Admit Term label into a third column on Chrome, but not on Firefox.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan. 
2. Retrieve the a record for a student with multiple plan rows, and go to Student Plan tab, viewing all rows. 
3. Observe the Admit Term label is skewed to the right.
