Symptoms
Getting the message on the Supplier Change Request Page after denying.
"Please choose the Reason Code before entering the comments"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigation> Tiles > Suppliers. Select a Supplier Change Request
2. Request to be denied, write a comment in to be sent back to the supplier
3. When select ok. Receive the message regarding Reason Code: 'Please choose the Reason Code before entering the Comments'
4. When click on Reason Code, there aren’t any to choose because Reason Codes are set to optional
