On Enter Time page, users need a way to hide large box when no options are selected for box with the 3 dots next to Submit button based on their business requirements.

Steps to Recreate:
Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Time and Labor > Time Reporting > Time Reporting Template > Time Reporting Template
1.Configuration for Time Reporting Template for this scenario.
  a. Save for Labor = Save for Later is Not Allowed
  b. Print Timesheet = Disabled.
  c. Absence Events = Hide Section.
2.Employee navigates to timesheet page and clicks on box with 3 dots next to Submit button. Navigation: ESS > Time > Enter Time
3. Employee clicks on 3 Dots next to Submit Button. Note: empty box is displayed. User would prefer configuration to choose if this feature introduced in PUM 51 is optional based on their business requirements.
