E-FLUID: Recent Search Results Box Not Big Enough To Show Search Criteria

Symptoms
On : 8.61 version, Fluid UI - Recent Search Results Box Not big enough to show search criteria:
A new feature of PT8.61 has spots for Recent Searches (and Saved Searches) on search pages. The results show the fields entered during previous searches but the window for it is too narrow to show everything that's been typed.
On the Maintain Proposal page for example, search with the following criteria:
Business Unit = UOD01 and
Proposal = [full proposal number, like 24A00844]
Only the first few characters of the proposal id show, so it makes it impossible to determine what is desired it is desired to increase the size of the results box?
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login
2. Navigate to Maintain Proposal page.
3. Recent Searches are not properly visible
