E-OS: OpenSearch Does Not Boot if bootstrap.mlockall: true is Added to opensearch.yml on Linux (Doc ID 3077526.1)

OpenSearch DPK installation manual "PeopleSoft_DeploymentPackages_Installation_SearchComponents_PeopleTools8.61_April2024.pdf" advises to add the parameter ( bootstrap.mlockall: true ) to the opensearch.yml file, located at <OPENSEARCH_HOME>\bin.

However OpenSearch would not boot after doing that. It gives the error:
