Symptoms
Error 'USER_LACKS_PERMISSIONS' occurs when sending documents for signing through Docusign.
The PeopleCode program executed an Error statement, which has produced this message
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a contract, imported document and Prepare and Route for e-signature (Supplier Contract > Create Contract and Documents > Contract Entry)
2. Enter the information required and click on send button
3. Receiving the error:
USER_LACKS_PERMISSIONS - This user lacks sufficient permissions to access this resource.
The PeopleCode program executed an Error statement, which has produced this message
