Symptoms

The site is on PT 8.61.

Followed E-WF: Workflow Notify Button No Longer Automatically Populating Email Message Templates in PT8.61 (Doc ID 3036879.1) and set up Virtual Address page in web profile, but Notification page still does not show Notification template.

Sample replication steps

1. Log into PIA.

2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor.

3. Click Notify button.

4. Observe Fluid Notification page without Notification Template.
