Symptoms

On requisition page, the requisition header and Home Menu are not displayed when opening the web supplier page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : eProcurement  >Create Requisition
2. Select a web supplier
Issue : The web supplier page opens without requisition header and Home menu.
