E-PRCS/HCM: Run Control Delete Does Not Delete Run Control IDs (Doc ID 3078060.1)

Symptoms

On : PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM 9.2 PeopleTools 8.59 Process Scheduler and higher

Selected Run Control IDs from Run Control Delete page still displayed after processing. Verified User ID running Run Control Delete feature is granted Administrator Role.
 
There are no errors.

Replication

1. Employee Self Service
2. Run Control Delete Tile
3. Hit "+" button
4. Enter Details
5. Select Run Control
6. Review and Delete
7. Submit
8. Observe "# of Rows deleted" is blank
