Error When Making Fields Required In Page And Field Configurator For Eperformance Component (Doc ID 3078290.1)

Symptoms

Error when making comments and measure fields required in page and field configurator for eperformance component.

Invalid rownumber -1 for class rowset method GetRow EP_MAIN_B_ITEMD_FL

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Go to Page and Field Configurator and make comments, measure fields required in Component EP_MAIN_DOC_B_FL.
   Enterprise Components > Page Field Configuration > Page Field Configurator,Apply configuration and save
2. Access performance document
   Manager Self Service > Team Performance > Current Documents > Add Performance Goal and save
3. Validation message shows correctly , after that showing error.
