Duplicate Available Terms Information Displayed in Application for Graduation Configuration by Program Page When the Academic Program has More than One Effective Dated Row in Academic Program Table (Doc ID 3078468.1)

Symptoms

In the Application for Graduation > 'Configuration by Program' page, the 'Terms Available' information is displayed duplicate due the Academic Program has more than one effective dated row in the Academic Program table (ACAD_PROG_TBL).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Self Service > Fluid Configuration > Application for Graduation > Configuration by Program.

  2.  Search a program.

  3. Go to 'Term page' tab.

  4. Search an available graduation term as of.

  5. Observe the duplicate rows of 'Terms Available' information.
