EBI 9.2: Navigating From Review Billing Information To Express Bill Is Not Possible

Symptoms
After applying PUM 52 PT 8.61.08, users are unable to navigate from Billing > Review Billing Information > Details to Billing > Maintain Bills > Express billing in the same window. Selecting the navigation to Express billing does not update the page or component, and the user remains on Review billing details.

1. Goto Billing > Review Billing Information > Details search for an invoice.
2. From same window choose Billing > Maintain Bills > Express billing.
3. Express billing does not update the page or component, and the user remains on Review billing details.
