Symptoms

After applying a new SHA2 certificate on WebLogic versions 12c or earlier, SSL is not working. Seeing the following error in the PIA_weblogic.log file located at:

<PS_CONFIG_HOME>\webserv\peoplesoft\servers\PIA\logs
