Error when the Application Report for the selected applicant should generate as a PDF in a new window and it should include the resume.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose Applicant and click print
2. Observe the error in the Application Server log

Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.61+.
