E-CLOUD:PT Upgrade of Imported Environment Fails on MT Provisioning With Error "APP_PROPS = PSFT_PROPS[APP_TYPE] (Doc ID 3079762.1) (Doc ID 3079762.1)

Symptoms

After import an CS PUM environment to CM (cloud manager), when performing a PT (PeopleTools) Upgrade, the following error is observed in the remote_out.log during "Provisioning of MT(middle tier) step.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import the CS 9.2 PUM#27 environment into CM 19.
2. Once the environment is up, perform the PeopleTools Upgrade from PT 8.60.17 to 8.61.10
3. Monitor the job status.
