STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup an employee with empl rcd 0 as the primary job and empl rcd 1 and empl rcd 2 as secondary jobs both in the same paygroup and same California tax location code.  The employee should be FLSA non-exempt alt ot for all jobs: 

Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data  

2. Create paysheets for the employee from item 1 above: 

Main Menu > Payroll for North America < Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets

3. Add REG, BNS, DBT and OTP earnings to both jobs. 

Main Menu > Payroll for North America < Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Payline 

4. Run paycalc

Main Menu > Payroll for North America < Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll 

5. Run pay confirm 

Main Menu > Payroll for North America < Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Confirm Payroll 

6. Add a paysheet only for the empl rcd 1 for the next pay period

Main Menu > Payroll for North America < Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Paysheet

7. Add only BNS to the paysheet

8. Calculate Payroll

9.  Process goes to Success

10.  Calculate Payroll again

11. Process fails
