Symptoms
Manager cannot "tab" or "tab and enter" from the Summary view to the Details view on the Payable Time fluid web page on Chrome
Steps to replicate:
-----------------------
1. Login as Manager
2. Go to Team Time -> Payable Time
3. After searching for an employee on the Payable Time fluid page using tab + enter keys only (no mouse) , Manager cannot access the details tab on this page.
