EPY: Date Filter Is Not Updated in U.S Payroll Operations and U.S Payroll Trends Dashboard in Payroll Insight. (Doc ID 3080278.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to open the U.S. Payroll Operations and U.S. Payroll Trends tile in the OpenSearch Dashboard and update the Filter Date, the Update date range does not appeared in the  U.S. Payroll Operations and U.S. Payroll Trends tile.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Goto OpenSearch Dashboards
  2. Search U.S. Payroll Operations Analytics
  3. Cilck on Edit Icon and then Select the Date 
  4. Click Save and Select 'Store time with dashboard' Checkbox
  5. Save the Changes
  6. Goto Workforce Administrator Homepage > Payroll Insights > U.S. Payroll Operations
  7. Verify the Date Range Value
