Symptoms
No match buffer found for level (15,26) error on Maintenance Worksheet - Worksheet Application page after setting Hold Payments in Additional Refund Information.
No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)
This issue can be replicated by below step:
1. Navigate to Accounts Receivable > Receivables Maintenance > Maintenance Worksheet > Create Maintenance Worksheet and add a New Value
2. Enter Worksheet Selection Information and click Build
3. For both selected Items, change the Type to RC, and Reason Overpayment, and then click View Detail
4. Select the Additional Refund Information link
5. Select the Hold Payment checkbox, and choose Other for the Hold Reason, then click OK
6. Click Save
7. Go to either Worksheet Selection or Worksheet Action, and then go back to Worksheet Application
8. No matching buffer found for level. (15,26) error occurred.
