EAM: Users Are Getting Kicked Out Of The Application When Viewing ARO Accretion Expense Schedule Having More Than 100 Count (Doc ID 3080883.1)

Symptoms

Users are getting kicked out of the application when viewing ARO Accretion Expense Schedule
When viewing the Accretion Expense schedule by clicking on “View 100” link on Accretion Schedule page/tab as part of ARO Measurement page, receives different error messages like below and gets kicked out of the application.

ERROR

“This page is having a problem”  OR “An Error has occurred” OR “Your PeopleSoft connection has expired.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Asset Management> Asset Transactions > Asset Disposal > ARO Measurement.
2. Open an existing ARO asset.
3. On ARO Measurement page, click on “Accretion Schedule” page/tab
4. Under “Asset Retirement Obligation Measurement” section, to the right, click “View 100” link
