Symptoms


Grants > Grants Portal > Project Information > GM Portal Project Summary Info is not processing values for the fields Average Monthly Burn Rate, Remaining Months, Total Forecast, Uncommitted Balance, Uncommitted Percentage when the Include check box is unchecked, rechecked and Recalculate button is clicked.


Replication Steps:

  1. Create a Proposal, Submit and Generate an Award.
  2. Create Project Budgets
  3. Create an expense transaction using Add transaction Page that could generate an SFA row.
  4. Run the Process Facilities Admin process. So that the SFA row gets generated.
  5. Run the GM_PT_STAGE process
  6. Review Grants > Grants Portal > Project Information > GM Portal Project Summary Info page and see that the fields Average Monthly Burn Rate, Remaining Months, Total Forecast, Uncommitted Balance, Uncommitted Percentage are populated with values.
  7. Uncheck the Include FA check box and click on Recalculate. The above fields become 0. This is incorrect.
  8. Recheck the Include FA check box and click on Recalculate. The fields are still 0. This is incorrect.
