Symptoms
The Exception Information pop up message box isn't sized correctly, and requires both horizontal and vertical scrolling to read the message.
Steps to replicate:
1. Login as Manager
2. Go to Manager Self Service-> Team Time tile -> click on Manage Exceptions -> Click on the Explanation link
The message box that comes up is not sized appropriately, and requires horizontal and vertical scrolling to read.
Same behavior when on Enter Time page-> click View Exceptions -> then click on Explanation.
