Fluid Requisitions: Line Custom Fields Not Showing + Page In Drop Zone Configuration Does Not Match

Symptoms
We are encountering what seems to be a delivered issue with drop zones when trying to add custom fields at the line level in Fluid Requisitions. The line-level custom fields are not appearing, and it does not seem that we have a delivered way to add the proper configuration.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PeopleTools > Portal > Configure Drop Zones
2. Open the configuration for component PV_MOB_855_CMP.
3. For the page name "PV_SCH_DIST_SCF", add the subpage "PV_CUSTFLD_LIN_SBF" to either top or bottom.
4. Ensure custom fields available in Fluid Create Requisition
