Receiving additional errors on PAY035 despite having the correct date for VT employees and Company Tax Data.
"Employee Tax Data not in sync with Program Funding Framework."
Steps to Reproduce
1. Run PAY035 (Nav: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Precalculation Audit Report)
2. The report created shows the warning messages noted when these employees are set up correctly

Changes occurred to the Program Funding Framework configuration via Tax Update 24-D.
