Symptoms

Received error message 00066 from Pay Confirm process: "Cannot confirm the selected run with a prior run with off-cycle pages not confirmed".

Also seen as error message "Off-Cycle Pages Unconfirmed" when reported from the PreConfirm Audit Report (PAY036.sqr).

Note: Many errors can be resolved in advance by reviewing output from the PreConfirm Audit Report (PAY036.sqr). It is suggested that this report be run prior to each confirm. See <Document 1919072.2> for instructions on downloading and running self-service diagnostics on output from the PreConfirm Audit Report.
