Symptoms

  

Our tests on general deductions and additional pays are correct.  We found that when an effective dated row is within the pay period, the full deduction or full addt'l pay is calculated.  When using the deduction end date if the end date is = to the last day of the pay period, the deduction is taken, if any other date in the pay period, then the deduction is not taken.  With additional pay end dates it is paid regardless of end date within that specific pay period.
