Symptoms
ISSUE:
The customer was running a multicurrency translation and received the following error:
ERROR:
"FSPCTREE - GN000 insert (5870,5)".
The error appears to be occurring at an insert using PS_CURR_SEL_06.
The customer had started using a new tree as of 3/1/98 and the old tree is still active.
