Symptoms
This year has Pay Calendars for 27 payrolls instead of the usual 26 for Bi-weekly employees. This poses a problem with employee pay. Most of our employees are salaried but are paid Bi-weekly. They are setup in Peoplesoft with a compensation frequency of "Annual". If we have 27 pay periods, the biweekly rate (pay) for all employees will be reduced. This probably will not go over well and is not the desired solution. Do we have to change all employees to biweekly comp frequency to force PS to pay the correct biweekly figures/amounts?
Same issue applies to weekly payroll processing because some years will have 53 weeks instead of 52.
