When running Benefits Administration (PSPBARUN), an error is encountered:

ERROR

Maximum number of rows exceeded or Subscript out of Range

Exceeding array size limit in Ben Admin OE/EM or COBRA process -- 'Max number of rows exceeded' or 'Subscript out of range'.

The process may generate Log file error messages; the text/info differs for each array -- example for Calendar array:
    Check Messages!!!
    Maximum Number of Calendar Rows Exceeded
    GET-CAL                                              
    ERROR EMPLID={emplid}    ,BENEFIT_RCD#=  0
    CALENDAR-ACCESS(PSPBACAL)                           
    PROCESS-PAR-OPTIONS(PSPBAENR)                       
       [ etc... ]                           
    Enrollment did not finish at 10:43:57.57 !!!

Or the process may abend with a "subscript out of range" error -- for example:
     Object Code error : file '/peoplesoft7/cblbin/PSPBATBL.gnt'
     error code: 153, pc=C7C, call=16, seg=0
     153     Subscript out of range
  
Also reported as "rts32" [return to service] abend message:
   rts32: Fatal Error while attempting to process error 153
