EPY: Contract Additional Pay Goal Amount Cannot be Adjusted Downward

When a contract is revised or cancelled earlier than expected and the amount to be paid is less than originally set up, there does not appear to be a way to adjust the goal amount in Contract Additional Pay. The goal amount hangs in additional pay and will be reactivated for payment if the employee record is used for a subsequent job. It also appears as if there is no way to collect overpaid Contract Additional Pay that should not have been paid to begin with. If we reset the Job Data, Compensation Panel, Compensation Rate to $0, it will not calculate the negative pay.
1.) How do we cancel a contract pay that was setup by mistake?
2.) How do we end a contract early?
3.) How do we reduce a contract amount? And if the employee was overpaid, how to collect the overpaid amount?
