Symptoms

There are various reasons that Crystal may become "disconnected" from the PeopleSoft Database.  

This often occurs after a PeopleTools upgrade and Crystal is still trying to use the older version of the PSQODB32.DLL or Failure to connect to ODBC driver or if reports error out

When troubleshooting Crystal connectivity, it is often best to start by reinstalling the workstation from Configuration Manager to ensure that Crystal is calling the correct version of the PeopleSoft ODBC driver.
