Purpose

After making changes to the Payroll Interface Definition record, expected data is not exported to the output file.

EXAMPLE 1

Customer no longer wants employee telephone numbers sent to third party payroll.  Removed the Interface field rows from the interface field definition record.  The compare process recognizes this as a change for all employees, and creates an export file sending this change for all employees.  This is not what the customer wants.

EXAMPLE 2

Export data is writing to the wrong file.  Primary data is written to the Inactive file.  Three of the 8 files are written to the wrong location.  Also, inactive employees are written to file when only active ee's should be processed.
