Purpose

Event Maintenance/Open Enrollment coordination is required whenever an employee experiences any sort of job action that creates an Event Maintenance event for the current plan year any time after Open Enrollment events have been created. This article will explain the behavior of the system and suggest how to handle the processing of both types of events. 

Scope

This article is tailored to functional users who need to manually coordinate the processing of employee events.
