Outbound EC Agent failed to create a flat file (Doc ID 609687.1)

Symptoms

The Outbound EC Agent (ECOUT001) runs to completion but a flat file was not generated.

DIAGNOSIS: A review of the following section of the file SQR.LOG (with the -debughv sqr flag) provided the answer:

The Evaluate -MAPID display is from the ECOUTMAP.SQC.  In a successful SQR.LOG the next step in the log would be:

PM-"EC MAP ID"

In this case, the process did not find the PM "ECMAPID" for the outbound process being run in the ECOUTMAP.SQC.

The message:

Evaluate-MAPID --- NO MAPS

may also appear in the SQR
