Symptoms

Benefits Administration Open Enrollment Information Center > Troubleshooting Benefits Administration > Troubleshooting Benefits Administration Errors

When running Benefits Administration (PSPBARUN), an error is encountered in the log file:

No Rules Found For Event Rules Id/Class

Here is an example of the error in PSPBARUN log file shows
