When the hours in Payable Time have more than 2 decimal positions, the value gets truncated.
For example, an employee works 4 shifts of 9.375 hours (37.5 hours / 4 days). When hours get generated in Payable Time, all entries have the proper number of hours. But, once they get loaded to Paysheets, then 37.52 hours get loaded. The reason is because 9.375 gets rounded to 9.38 and 4 days * 9.38 gives 37.52.
