Time Administration is run before an employee inactivated in Time & Labor, the customer cannot inactivate him because payable time already exists for exception reporters
If the employee status is changed in Job Data after Time Administration is run, no exceptions are generated and payable time can be paid in error if forgotten.
Payable time is created for Exception time reporters even if they are inactive in Time & Labor when the status is still Active in Job Data.
